Social Entrepreneurship Communication of Kampung Teknologi Foundation through the Digital Literation of MSMEs during COVID-19 Pandemic

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is significant for developing human resources in various villages the current digital era. However, implementation of ICT has experienced disruption due to increasing spread COVID-19 virus, resulting a decline market mechanisms, especially Village MSME sector. Therefore, social innovation needed by entrepreneurs so that MSMEs can survive compete with others, as been done Kampung Teknologi Foundation (KTF) through literacy villages. The method this study used qualitative research using Social Innovation Model. As result, entrepreneurship communication, KTF carried out three essential stages, 1) Formalization: Law Number 6 2014 concerning Villages basis empowering MSMEs. initiated empowerment introducing sales media, places, e-commerce, other applications; 2) Change processes: implemented initiating Digital Up program, which an entrepreneur program was after five-year contributes literacy; 3) Outcomes: In application literacy, only 30% have successfully switched technology. good cooperation between one division another still needed, such implementing new programs. It minimize failures, succeed on target.
